Green Teams

The Green Team program is an extensive program for teams to tackle sustainability in the workplace. Steering teams are set up to manage the program, measure progress and look at longer term strategies, while smaller sub teams focus on specific areas in the workplace. The smaller teams generate ideas to improve efficiencies and environmental performance in areas of work specific to them, they choose the idea that will be most beneficial in terms of environmental performance and implement the chosen idea.


To ensure success Environment Partners provides external expertise and mentorship to all of the green teams as well as awards to the most successful teams. The programs can be run intensively over the duration of a week or a fortnight, or alternatively can be run longer term (for example once per week for 6 weeks) depending on the type of industry and company specific requirements.

Participants are given free access to the green card training program and certification enabling them to initiate positive change in an office environment and providing them with the tools and support forums required to make these changes in the future.

Courses can be run in-house or at an Environment Partners venue.
