This is the room where change happens. People are now starting to put plans in place. They are experimenting with new ideas, which are recorded and deeply analysed. People agree on implementation, are clear on what needs to be delivered and start doing so. Energy levels are high. People can how see what the future holds, they are clear of their part in that future and are energised through their involvement. The challenge for individuals and organisations is to remain renewing without having to slip back to contentment and the cycle again. Staying in renewal means continually improving, being externally focused, rewarding internal successes, continually upgrading skills and constant lifelong learning. |
